Refund policy

We accept returns for changing your mind after purchase within 60 days of purchase for certain products.

You must contact us at customercare@alphacell.com.au first before sending the product back or your return will not be accepted.

The return policy may only be executed once. If you have purchased 3, only 1 bottle can be opened, the remaining 2 must be mailed back at your expense. The bottles must be unopened, undamaged, along with the box in good condition.

We will deduct the of $19.00 - (This is the fee for Packing, Shipping, and Transaction) from your order value as we cannot refund the pack and shipping cost.

E.g: If you paid $167.00 for the product and decide to refund it. you must return the product back with only 1 bottle opened. Within that bottle must remain at least 2 capsules, the remaining bottle(s) must be unopened. The box must be in acceptable condition. Your refund value will be $148.00

E.g. If you paid $87.00 for the single bottle and decide to refund it. You will be refunded a total amount of $68.00

The refund will be processed once we have received the returned items.

Notwithstanding the above, FTG Corp Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the International Consumer Law.

We undertake to replace any FTG Corp Products delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange the returned FTG Corp Products, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase, including packaging and postage charges but this will be a cap on our liability and obligations to you in this respect.
